गेल्या अनेक दिवसांपासून पुण्यात थंडीचा वाढता पारा जाणवत आहे. मागील दोन ते तीन दिवसांपासून पुणे शहरात थंडीचा पारा वाढला असल्याने पुण्यातील सारसबाग येथील सिद्धिविनायक गणपतीला मंदिर संस्थानाकडून लोकरीचे स्वेटर शाल आणि कान टोपी याचा पेहराव केला जात आहे. आणि हेच पाहण्यासाठी पुणेकर नागरिक संध्याकाळच्या वेळेस गर्दी करत आहे. मात्र हा पेहराव किती वर्षांपासून केला जातो त्याच बरोबर नेमकं याचं वैशिष्ट्य काय आणि याची संकल्पना काय ही माहिती मंदिराचे विश्वस्त जगन्नाथ लडकत यांनी दिली आहे.
